How does it all work?
> Check the party calendar
> Complete the invitation form - included the 'date' you can attend
> You will receive an automatic reply with payment details
> Confirm and pre-pay - using your mobile and party date as your reference
> You can choose to pay at the door but you must still confirm to receive the address.
> Email Kimmi with your confirmation and reference number
> Party address is emailed on Thursday night to the guest list
> If you do not receive the address please email Kimmi or call to check payment has gone through.
> ON PARTY NIGHT
> Please arrive on time (around 8pm)
> All pre-paid couples and swingles guys and girls will be on the guestlist
> Walk in couples - please pay correct amount ($100.00) at the door
> You'll be shown and given instructions on each rooms
> Pour yourself a drink & enjoy the night and remember to have an open mind.
Do we have to play?
NO, not at all, the party is exactly that a "PARTY", you only do what you want to do, there is NO pressure at all to do anything....but have a good time. This is where your rules/guidelines as a couple come into play. The party is yours, you are here to have much fun as you allow yourself to.
Do we need to book?
Absolutley, only confirmed bookings will be given the party house address and for catering purposes it is much easier to plan if we understand how many couples are expected.
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING BY EMAIL ONCE CONFIRMED, THEN THE ADDRESS WILL THEN BE FORWARDED.
A cancellation is also appreicated if you are unable to attend Kimmi's play party.
It is much easier if you keep in contact with Kimmi, rather than you waiting or expecting Kim to be able to keep in contact with the entire population of Adelaide's and Interstate players.

We are first timers, is that ok?
Of course, 1st timers should approach the party as exactly that "A PARTY". A place to meet & talk about the lifestyle, if the opportunity presents itself then as a couple you can explore playing out a fantasy, if not, then you've still had a fantastic night and met some great couples.
We do advise that all newbies discuss their boundaries BEFORE they decide to attend a party.
What type of people go?
Kimmi's is an UPMARKET party with couples of all types and backrounds come to parties. We do prefer to cater for couples around 50 and under (this is a guide, NOT compulsory) we do not ask; nor do we require our guest to be a certain size, shape, income, education, profession.
Basically the only two things you need to do to attend one of Kimmi's Parties is to hold a drink and hold a conversation, so if you can do that we would love to host you at a party soon.
Couples and swingles are expected to be clean, dressed neatly, well mannered and very cheeky!
What ages and type of couples attend?
The average age of couples who attend Kimmi's are aged between 25 and 45 with a few younger and a few older. As long as you are over 18 then you're more then welcome to enjoy the facilities at Kimmi's.
The age limit is only a guide not a requirement. However, in our experience it's someones attitude is more important and attractive then what year they were born.
How many couples attend?
A maximum of 30 couples will be allowed, so there will be plenty of couples for you to meet. However, this is a swingers party and you know the saying, more the merrier! :-)
How do we stop unwanted attention?
Do not go into details as this may offend, a simple and politely reply of "We are OK thank you" is usually sufficient, no means no and if you have any problems please report this to the hosts immediately.
How do we get someones attention?
Do not be afraid to approach people. This can be easier said than done. A smile and a friendly "hello" is all that is needed to start the conversation. Everyone likes to be flirted with, so why not make someone feel fabulous and flirt like you've never flirted before.....heheheh
Remember to ask the hosts they're there to help you, part of our service is to make people feel at ease and offering a friendly introduction would be our pleasure. Couples are there to meet other couples so don't be shy....you just never know what fun is there to be had!!!!!

Is everything clean & hygenic?
YES, the party house is cleaned thoroughly after each party. All bedrooms have spare (clean) linen, please change the sheets if required, each bedroom has a laundry basket. We strongly ask that you leave the room how you would like to find it.
It would be greatly appreciated if red wine is not taken into bedrooms and when necessary or when using massage oils to use a towel.
If a spilage happens please advise Kimmi and she'll make sure you are properly punished....hehehe
Do we serve food and drinks?
BYO drinks and drink cooler if you would prefer.
Ice and glasses are supplied.
Nibbles, cheese & crackers, dips & some finger food is provided during the night. Please have dinner before hand as this is a light supper.
Where do we park?
There is ample parking in front of the playhouse.
Neighbours are aware of our cheeky lifestyle however please do your best not to disturb their night - they respect us so please be courteous in return when leaving at early hours of the morning.
The number of cars outside is NOT a clear indication of actual guests inside as a number of guests will catch taxis, car pooling and public transport.
