Please pre-paying by Wednesday before your party date, as it takes up to 48 hrs for payment to appear on the statement.
Payments made after Wednesday will need to forward the bank transfer receipt.

IF YOUR PAYMENT DOES NOT APPEAR ONLINE BY FRIDAY YOU WILL NEED TO PRINT OFF THE TRANSFER RECEIPT - ONLY PAYMENTS THAT APPEAR WILL BE PUT ON THE GUEST LIST

~ Walk-ins Couples ~
Couples who choose to pay - $100 per couple.
The city premises will have a 'BOOKED OUT' capacity to secure your invitation we recommend you pre-pay.
Due to all the playrooms being at the front of the house,
the front door will NOT be answered after 9:30pm
Any guests arriving after 9:30pm will need to call 0448 833 991 to make arrangements to come through the rear enterance so we do not disturb guests play time.

~ Cancellation and refunds ~
NO REFUNDS are given to NO SHOWS.
For notified cancellations, a Kimmi’s voucher to attend another party will be given to use within 3 months of original party date.

~ Helpful Hints: ~
THE FRONT DOOR WILL NOT BE ANSWERED AFTER 9:30PM,
AFTER 9:30PM YOU MUST RING KIMMI ON 0448833991
AND ENTER THROUGH THE BACK GATE.
• BYO drinks cooler/esky.
• BYO all drinks (inc mixers)
• (Summer only) BYO spa towels (bathroom towels are supplied).
• Ice, stubby holders and glasses are supplied.
• Condoms and lube are supplied.
• BYO your favourite toys (NO responsibility for personal property)
• Party starts at 8pm we do encourage guests to arrive by 9pm,
being fashionably late just means you’re missing out on the socializing and getting to know people at the party.
• Party finishes up around 2am, all guests need respectfully leave on time.
• We do like to encourage people to dress down or get a little more risqué after 10pm, it’s amazing how your night can totally change if you do something a little daring.
